We have a beautiful 2 bed cottage that sleeps a maximum 4 people in a quiet rural area, in Southern France, and is fully equipped. Location 2.5 km from Nefiach and Ille Sur Tet. The cottage is part of a Mas with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds, both are on suite and bedding is included. Living room with kitchen diner. Outside with garden and private swimming pool. Free parking for one vehicle.

30 mins drive from Perpignan airport.
40 mins drive from Canet Plage, and with Argeles, Collioure, Barcelona, Figueres, Rosas, Les Angles, Prades and Andorra all within reach.
Free parking, free bicycle hire.
Plenty to see and do, should you want time away from your private pool.
Fishing may be available in any of the lakes (with a fishing permit purchased in the next town)

The rental rates are (for full weeks):
June: EUR 750 per week
July: EUR 800 per week
August: EUR 800 per week
A EUR300 holding deposit is payable on booking, with the remainder due 6 weeks before arrival
A EUR300 damages deposit is payable on arrival and returnable less damages on departure

Le Vert.Casa
The property is located in a stunning area in between 3 villages (Nefiach, Ille-sur-Tet and Corbere) in the south of France. You will have beautiful views with fruit fields and gardens.
The beach is around 40 mins drive (Canet Plage), Spain is a drive away, with the Dali Museum, beaches and towns including Barcelona. The mountains arent far away either, with stunning views and breathtaking beauty. If you enjoy fresh water fishing, there are plenty of lakes nearby and it is easy to buy a fishing permit in the nearby village of Millas.
